This class teaches quieting the monkey mind. We all have an active mind whirling with thoughts and emotions we can barely keep up with or fully understand. This noise in our mind prevents us from focusing, calming emotions, and connecting to our inner self. This guided meditation session is all about learning and practicing the Zen techniques to quiet the monkey mind.

This class is open to all yoga aspirants and can be taken once for an introduction, or regularly as a guided practice to motivate you and find your calm. Once you find the quiet within, you will transform your mind and thoughts dramatically, breaking habitual thoughts and the suffering they cause. This is a basic meditation everyone will benefit from.
