In this level of Kriya Serpent Yoga, the focus is on activating your Kundalini. Using two powerful techniques, you will energize your chakras, your etheric energy channel known as Sushumna, and entice the Kundalini to rise within you. Because of the power of Kundalini, it is imperative that students have already mastered the objective skills in Level 1 Introductory before taking this class.

However, if you already have experience with meditation and chakras, this course will take that to the next level, helping you fully prepare for and activate your Kundalini. In Kriya Serpent Yoga, the Kundalini is used to awaken the practitioner to the truth of all reality and their place within it. This is powerful magic and will only come to those fully prepared for it.

This course runs for 8 weeks, meeting once per week. After each lesson, students will be assigned homework and meditation to work on daily before the next class meets. Students will need to provide their own meditation cushions or chairs, and mala beads to count repetitions in our practice. If you are just starting out, you can purchase our starter's kit which includes mala beads and other assorted items.
