THIS IS A ONE TIME COURSE TO TEST OUT THE ONLINE STUDIO BEFORE CLASSES START IN JUNE 2025!

This course is a four-week course that meets once per week. This course provides the first half of the Level 1 Introductory course as a trial for my yoga service before going live. I am limiting this course to 15 people. However, you should purchase my book, The Kriya Serpent Yogi, before this course starts since I assign reading and daily meditation homework after each class.

All registered participants in this trial class will receive a free credit at the completion to use on any of our courses, including the Level 1 Introductory you started in this trial. The credit can also be used for the on-demand courses if you find meeting regularly too difficult for your busy schedule.
